Site Shift Supervisor

£11.00 - £12.00 per hour

A successful and expanding service supplier to the automotive manufacturing industry is currently looking to add to it's on-site team at one of the World's most prestigious car makers at their manufacturing facility in Wolverhampton, by recruiting an experienced Supervisor.
Experience required:
- Previous supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment (ideally automotive)
- Management of medium sized teams (20-30 staff)
- Carrying out KPI assessment of staff
- Managing staffing levels by arranging cover or ongoing temporary labour
- Providing the customer with up to date information
- Resolving problems to ensure productivity levels remain at optimum levels at all times
- Completing relevant paperwork both written & PC based
- Liaising with Senior Management & Head Office on a regular basis
